Miller London, Jr.
CEO/Publisher
Mr. London's illustrious career began at Motown Records in the late 60s, where he held senior executive posts in sales and marketing. He was hands-on and instrumental in the careers of many of the company's legendary artists such as Diana Ross & The Supremes, The Temptations, Stevie Wonder, The Jackson 5, and Smokey Robinson & The Miracles. Mr. London, after more than 23 years, left Motown in the early nineties to head up the black music division of RCA Records. From there he segued to A&M Records, where he was President of Black Music, working with such artists as Vesta, the Sounds of Blackness, For Real, and a host of others. In 1994, Mr. London transitioned to the music trade-publishing sector as President of Urban Network. He remained with the company for nine years, while under the helm of Clear Channel. In 2003, Mr. London acquired the Urban Network trademark from Clear Channel and re-launched the respected branch and its flagship magazine, where he is now Publisher & CEO.

Tosha Y. Thomas
Vice President/Managing Editor
Fifteen year music veteran, Detroit-native and Howard University graduate, Tosha Y. Thomas began her tenure at Urban Network as a Radio Research Associate in 1997. Thomas' duties and responsibilities at Urban Network quickly expanded from radio research to photo editing and CD compilation coordinating. After four years on board, she'd garnered a reputation for taking care of business. In 2001 Thomas was given NABFEME's Profiles of Excellence Award as the Behind the Scenes Executive of the Year. Publisher/CEO,Miller London often refers to Tosha as the Rona Barrett of the industry covering press junkets, red carpet premieres and interviewing industry notables like: Jamie Foxx, Terrance Howard, Forrest Whitaker, Tom Cruise, John Travolta, Samuel Jackson and Halle Berry. Now playing an even more vital role in the organization, Tosha was promoted to Vice President/Managing Editor during the 2007 Urban Network Marketing and Entertainment Summit.

Ron Daniels

Ron Daniels, whose entertainment industry career stretches 27 years, made his initial jump into the music biz fresh out of Northeastern (Okla.) University, where he picked multiple B.A. degrees in Marketing and Psychology. A self-taught computer programmer and one of the first entertainment professionals to utilize the internet in the late '70s and early '80s, he is fond of saying, "I was on the super-information highway when it was only a two-lane dirt road." His crisscrossing the entertainment industry has led him from music to live theater, TV and film and even a stint as a stand-up comedian. On the way to his present capacity as President of Lakeview Media Group and publisher of THEiNDI, Daniels has held various industry sales and marketing positions for such companies as Pickwick International, MCA Distribution, Motown Records, Urban Network and UMVD (Universal Music and Video Distribution). In his capacity as VP of Urban Marketing for UMVD, the distributor held a 40% plus share of the market place for urban music sales.

Arthur Mitchell
Vice President, Business Development

Arthur Mitchell is the founder and chief executive of Music Management Systems, which he formed in May 1999 for the purpose of talent development, promotion, marketing, and distribution. He formed Deemo Records in 1993 as an independent label. He is the author of the book Music for Fun and Profit, which will be re-released later this year. He was named as an authority on sales and marketing in the 2000 edition of Who's Who. Mr. Mitchell is a very savvy online marketer that understands how to generate income and sales from online marketing. He was Executive Vice President of HGI Marketing from 1988-1992 where he designed a highly successful national marketing campaign around a series of board games (i.e. San Diego-opoly, Bigapple-opoly, Pittsburgh Trivia, Boston-opoly), and over 20 more localized "opoly" trivia games. These board games sold in excess of $3 million in advertising to companies like FAO, Schwarz, May Co., Bloomingdales, Sacks Fifth Ave, New York Telephone, and Star Systems. Mr. Mitchell was also one of the creators of the Blockbuster board game, Black Americans of Achievement, which was positioned in 25,000 inner-city schools and acquired high-profile sponsorship partners including Burger King, Disney World, and Motown Records. Mr. Mitchell garnered product endorsements that included Colin Powell, Coretta Scott King, Oprah Winfrey, and Ed Bradley of 60 Minutes.

Keith Johnson
Executive Director of New Business Development
20 Years Business Experience - Mr. Johnson co-founded Card de Bouquet International Inc. Dreammation Inc. and Dreammation Studios. He has experience in children television production, editing, and special effects using some of the latest software programs. Mr. Johnson has been granted 4 US Patents with more than 70 independent claims. His creative ability has been used to produce books, music, toys, games, gift items, and photography for retail sales and distribution. Mr. Johnson has an outstanding military record and is a contributing member of the community, in which he lives and conducts business. He also oversees children music development, programming & New product development. Customers includes The Walt Disney Company, MGM Grand Hotel and Casino, The Krogers company, and many others. He has experience with satellite communications and Internet technologies. Mr. Johnson currently holds FCC license #PG-GB-00555 for broadcast, repair and installation.

Robert Rosario

Robert Rosario is a longtime resident of Riverside, CA. The former West Coast Marketing Manager at Little Caesar's pizza was responsible for profit/loss and turnaround in all 138 stores in the L.A. market, marketing in-store promotions and grand openings. He was the recipient of the Visibility Award honoring the best promotions in the fast food industry. In addition, Roberto was National Promotional Director for Hansen's Beverage Company with responsibility for promotions, branding, advertising and special events. Roberto is recognized as the creator of the added value pack” a marketing concept now universally accepted in the beverage industry. He was responsible for the successful rollout of Hansen's smoothie and energy drinks. Presently, Roberto is founder and principal of Artists Interactive, a Riverside, CA company that owns and authors Proprietary software and digital interfaces that provide added value to CDs and DVDs. His clients include: Universal Pictures, MGM, Capitol Records, Nestle's, Publicists Advertising, DGWB Advertising, Urban Network Magazine and other major entities seeking to access the African-American and Hispanic markets in the United States.

Harold Whaley
Entertainment Consultant
Having been involved in music since the age of 8 years old, Harold Whaley has covered a complete gamut of entertainment ventures.  Most people tend to be involved in and master one or a couple of components of the industry, but Harold has been labeled a renascence man of the entertainment business. Joining the military at the age of 17, and spending his next 10 years as a navy sailor, allowed him to travel to destinations that opened his horizons for a fruitful adventurous future career in the entertainment industry.  While in the Navy, Harold through blessings and chance found himself working with some of the most prominent industry figures of our day, to include artist Patti Labelle to Snoop Dogg.

Having continued access to his audience was important to Harold, who ventured to the internet and became involved with one of the first major music download sites around; MP3.com.  He was recognized as "Best Urban Artist of the Year", in 1999 as a recipient of the San Diego Music Award. BET.com awarded him the title of "Next Breakaway Artist of the Millennium", in an online vote via the website BET.COM, in June 2000.  Harold started designing websites for the label and eventually found himself designing sites for high profile organizations including Soul Train, CeCe Winans, Les Brown, and Lil JJ to name a few.  Having to his credit the honor of being awarded over 100 Golden Web Awards for Design.  He now serves as the Program Director for the formally Clear Channel owned Urban Network Magazine's online radio stations. Spirittext.com, 99centrecordlabel.com, Gityojokes.com and Textvertisement.com are all creations of Mr. Whaley and were created to withstand the next wave of entertainment, Text Marketing.  Adding Visual Arts to his resume begin with him producing the Television show "Teed Off TV" and directing the Mid-West based TV Sitcom "Sadie's Coffee Shop". He also participated in the Motion Picture "Random Hearts" with Harrison Ford.  Harold has now dedicated himself to educating entertainment enthusiasts, artist, promoters, groups, and independent record labels around the country by speaking at conferences about maximizing alternative avenues of marketing and promoting of entertainment projects.  As an Award Winning web designer, he has focused on creating a vast web presence, site promotion, and SMS marketing, and their ability to work seamlessly through wireless SMS technology. Educating artist on bringing the web and mobile device together to provide fans and subscribers with easy access to their favorite artist work.

Robert (Leo) Rodgers
Mr. Rodgers has been in the music and entertainment business for 20 years, he executively produced his first album in 1985, and has either produced, or executively produced 7 more records/CD's from 1985-2004. In the mid 90's Mr. Rodgers was solely responsible for the licensing of one of his artist records to the U.K. that went to # 1 on the charts. He later licensed several other records that were subsequently place on the charts as well in Europe.  He also attended film school in the mid eighties in order to produce his own music videos for his roster of artist. During his first year of film school he won an International Film award in the music video category from the Black Filmmakers Hall Of Fame Foundation in Oakland, Ca. In just one year later he was bestowed with "Local Video Producer Of The Year" in 1989 by a local music video TV station in the SF Bay Area. He has worked in a film with Whoopie Goldberg in the mid-eighties and wrote, produced and directed his own short music montage short film that received raved reviews from a local PBS affiliate. He also directed a short film starring former 49ers Dwight Clark that aired during the S.F. 49ers vs. Denver Bronco's halftime game. In addition he directed a music video that featured several S.F. 49ers, Jerry Rice, Roger Craig, Mike Wilson and Ronnie Lott.

Mr. Rodgers has worked with, toured with and worked in the studio with artist such as; Spaceship Earth (members of Parliament Funkadelics) MC Hammer, (formerly Hammer's road Mgr), Club Nouveau, Howard Hewlett, Bar-Kays, Rosie Gaines, Radio Personality Kevin Nash, 2Bigg MC and was credited as Tony Toni Tone's first Promotions Director, and assisted them in the early days with some co-management duties. Alone the way, Mr. Rodgers worked in the High Tech Telecommunications and Internet industry for over 17 years and founded an Internet Licensing Company entitled Licensedeals.com, which specialized in the licensing of apparel brands and music licensing.

In the early 90's Mr. Rodgers produced a syndicated music variety show entitled "Sounds By The Bay" which was a cross between "In Living Color" and "Star Search", focused on highlighting un-discovered talent, alone with skits. The show was syndicated on the west coast by a PBS affiliate. In 1994 Mr. Rodgers became a little bored and collaborated with one of MC Hammer's costume designers, James Head and Mr. Thurston Bilal, a close friend and businessman/producer. They formed StreetSmartz LTD. A street wear/denim clothing line. They setup worldwide licensing for the Sagwear denim line. They shipped nearly 2 million in sales during the 1995-1996 first production years, and had product placed in over 500 stores worldwide. Currently, Mr. Rodgers co-owns a new upcoming high-end sportswear clothing line with Designer Eric Fermon and MC Hammer. Currently Mr. Rodgers is the President, Co-Founder and Executive Producer of Catalog License, LLC/Bringem Back Records, which is a music catalog licensing and record company that is distributed by Universal Music Group. Catalog License, LLC, has released over 13 CD's through Universal Music Group.
